Three men arrived promptly to begin washing many, many windows in our two story house. Our windows and screens were exceptionally dirty. Each screen was carefully removed and thoroughly washed. Our dirty window tracks were scraped out and vacuumed. Windows were washed to perfection. Paul and his crew were thoughtful, considerate and polite. They made little to no mess and completely cleaned up and placed furniture back in place. After the work was done, they went around to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. In total, it took 3 men 3 and 1/2 hours to finish our job. On top of that, they followed up by sending me an email making sure I was happy with the job. Truly professional and trustworthy. It worked okay. He was good and quite professional. He was pleasant and easy to work with. He was straight forward with his pricing. He basically did what he said he will do. The windows are how I like it. However he is far away because we live remotely so he has to charge us with travelling fee of $20 and he did mentioned that through the phone. Other than that the service is good.
